  They marked on FTD they delivered before the end of the workday however it was not. The bouquet was found in a very public area by a custodian. It was about 1/3 the size of the bouquet ordered on FTD online with wilted roses. It was quite frankly pathetic and hardly worth $70+ dollars. They did not seem embarrassed by they pictures side by side to what was ordered, the delivery fiasco, OR the condition of their flowers. Stated the roses came in that day which could not possibly be. Do NOT use. Poor customer service and follow through on refund.
