  The reason I'm giving this business a 2 star is #1. the photographers images are great BUT the communication was terrible. I booked this photographer for my maternity pictures 3/19/18. Which cost $250. I paid the full amount by this date with the impression of receiving actual pictures. Wrong, I was not told until the day of that these were actually just digital images and that I would have to pay extra fees for the physical copies. The photographer worded "30min session for $200 includes 10 images and 45-60min for $250 includes 20 images" ... I think anyone would assume that this means you're receiving the physical copy. Nope. This photographer then tried to compromise the "confusion" by saying she will print off 10 free images BUT our session will be cut to 30mins instead of what I originally paid for. So basically I still paid $250 for 30mins instead of 45-60min. As good as it sounds that's basically me still "paying for my images" lol ...I feel since this company never mentioned the form of images I was receiving until the day of this should have been handled differently. Her words were "$250 is for her time and editing" ...Needless to say, I canceled my session and awaiting on $150 to be refunded because $100 is non-refundable.
